Consumers may do this at the time of the test by calling Envirotest at 800-227-8378. Consumers may also send a letter to the main offices at 2180 Pinnacle Parkway, Twinsburg, Ohio 44087. A Claim Statement will be mailed to the consumer to be completed and returned.
If the firm disallows your claim or if you are dissatisfied with the proposed resolution, the firm has established an appeal process through the BBB's arbitration program.
