I filed a complaint last yr I bought 2 cars from premier toyota first one had it for 5 days and it went bad needing 1300 worth of work they refused to fix it sold it back to me told me I had to wait for my money 7/10 days to get it back I needed a vehicle my back was on the wall showed me a pathfinder had to give them more money went back the next day to sign paperwork was told I couldn’t have that car it was going to auction but now they had 1500 of my money still no car after a few bad test drives he says I have this one but it’s gonna cost you more money now we’re at 1800 an a 2016 ****** rough with a special transmission i think 2 months into having it I tell them it’s something wrong it’s darting out in traffic won’t take off not safe there response was it’s nothing wrong it’s running the way it’s supposed to be I took it 2/3 more times same answer 10/05/2023 I took them a video in of me having to pull over on the side of the road because the car would not drive it just would not go I have 2 videos 2 separate days with the same issue that I told them from the start was wrong with my car do after my husband takes it there they try an offer me a 2005 Toyota Camery a joke and the a van of some sort I tell them I’ll take it no questions disputes nothing I need something safe to drive they send my husband away without the van but still saying it’s nothing wrong even after they saw the video of my car so now with complaints also being made about mileage they tell me that they can’t help me now because I’m over mileage with a car that they sold me that was already high mileage and apparently a bad transmission used sales manager was absolutely no help at all his solution was trade it in but we can’t he knows that they tried it and then I can have a substantial down payment take it pay out of my pocket for Nissan dealer and then get pay to have it fixed all because they didn’t care about my car if they would have took time to fix mileage wouldn’t matter
