      We replaced a canvas awning over our deck. Excellent upgrade! It was more expensive than expected but it's American Made!! We are very pleased with the quality of materials and craftsmanship. I can't wait to get out and enjoy my fair-weather home office and summer dining room.

      They did an awesome job on installation. Cleaned up nicely as well. Only thing that was bad was waiting 3 months for install. The materials are a great quality. We would highly recommend a Bright cover to anyone who wants to add this very cool cover for our deck.

      We ordered our Bright Cover on May 6th, and it was installed the last week of June. We love the cover! It has met all of our expectations! It perfectly meets our needs, providing us with a shaded patio area where we can now enjoy our morning coffee or outdoor dinner. In addition, the materials are of great quality. We also would like to comment on the professionalism and skilled workmanship of the installation crew. We would highly recommend a Bright Cover to anyone who wants to add a beautiful permanent addition to their home's porch or patio!

      The product is amazing and well constructed. The installation crew was more than professional. The crew reviewed the installation process with us and double checked everything with us. Bright covers as a company has been top notch from the get go. From the sales team to the installation team, they were prompt and helpful. 100% will be doing business with them in the future

      Update April 2023 Company sent a very committed crew to right the wrongs. In fact it was never the product that was the issue, customer service and sorely lack of honest communication needs to be remedied. Our crew led by Michael was very professional, meticulous, and kept us informed at every step from thoughts on installation to completion. As a result, I have removed all the constructive comments, and tore up the application to our state Attorney General. To all business, all it takes is respectful communication. We are very very happy with the product.

      On March 15, 2022 we obtained a written contract for a patio roof on our home. This corporation is in Cleveland OH. We were told by agent that the company was able to work in WV. We were asked to and provided a deposit for work that estimated would take 1 day probable in June. We live in WV. The contract also stated BrightCovers would obtain permits. Twice our patio was measured by a company representative, no mention of permits, contractor's business license. We were told our project was in the cue and expected date would be June 2022 to complete. June, July, August, September came and went without patio cover as an eMail stated "waiting on permit". In August I contacted our City's permit dept and was told that BrightCovers had not applied for the mandatory WV Contractor's License. So therefore a permit for work inside the city would not be issued (this is for the consumer's protection). The WV Attorney General will accept a complaint for breach of contract. The WV Dept of Labor stated that a WV Business License is a 3 hour, open book test, company will not send contractors to take test. Many eMails back and forth will document the efforts I made to get to a legal resolution (one proposed option was to have BrightCovers perform work without a permit/license, forcing us to assume responsibility for city engineers "catching the workers"). We are still waiting for a resolution, summer has passed without expected work and a down payment that was provided on March 15, 2022 has not been returned. The product may be ok, but there are red flags - breach of contract, unwilling to take contractor's license test, delays, delays, delays, excuses, excuses, excuses. This is enough to generate distrust and disrespect. Thank you for allowing me to voice my concern and possibly warn others.
