Complaint: In September of 2011 we had are front door and storm door replaced. The inside handle on the storm door has five noticeable scratches on it. It was suppose to be replaced. Has not been done yet. In November of 2011 we had eight windows replaced. One window had a large scratch on the molding down the center of the window. The installer removed the piece and said one would be ordered to replace it. Has not been done yet. On February 7 I called the company to report these issues and have not received a response.

Desired Settlement: I want the door handle and the window molding replaced this month.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *******, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 

Until the parts are installed on my window and door, the issue is not resolved.
