Complaint: This company put a new roof on my home back in 2009 and gave me a roofing warranty for a period of 7 years from the date of completion. I made a telephone call to ******* ******* on November 13, 2012 to advise him of the leaks i was having. He first responded that he didn't cover that, we would have to do something else maybe contact our insurance company about it that it was due to the wind. Then he stated he would send his guys out to take a look at it because it might be just something minimum. No one ever came out. Contacted him again a couple days later maybe around Novemember 19th and he stated that they had got real busy and his guys were not able to come by. They would get by here or he would. Well he never came nor any of his guys. He also did not contact us back either.

Desired Settlement: I would like any necessary shingles to be replaced.
