July 10,2022 a noticed was placed that there would be city inspections in all apartments looking for lights that dont work. July 11,2022 I contacted Ronda P**** the apartment manager for more information who referred me to the city inspector ***** ****** and **** *******. I spoke to **** July 11, and expressed my concerns of having someone in my apartment after the incidents i have have at my apartment who assured me that ***** would be the only individual entering and gave me *****s number who I spoke to July 12. ***** was unwilling to work with my work schedule in making an appointment for the inspection however he did note several times he would be the only individual entering the apartment. He said he would be there July 15 or Monday July 18. July 14, I received security camera footage that ***** and 2 maintenance men entered my apartment for 4 minutes. The second maintenance man is seen walking around taking pictures in rooms that do not have lights. I have contacted the apartment manager who has not returned my texts, phone calls, I have called the apartment owner July 14, who did not return my phone call. I contacted an Attorney who advised me to call the Mayor of ********** **** ********. After speaking to **** he informed me that the maintenance men do not work for the city and he has no idea why they were in the apartment taking photos. I signed at the beginning of my lease in November 2020 that no maintenance was to enter my apartment without my presence. My attorney has asked me to obtain a copy of my lease which I have not been provided with.
