Complaint: Main Man Plumbing his name is ****. I called him to have a job done.One he was very late. Second he smelled of horrible alcohol. The booze bothered me. My toddler grandson was on the floor playing and he tripped over him. The service was horrible he was very rude. Dirty and drunk. He was suppose to replace the plumbing in the bathroom and the kitchen sinks. I still have the same leaks I started with. I called him a hour after he left to tell him nothing was fixed. He screamed at me I was told to f off f my mom and kids. It was horrible. Thhis man don't belong around humans or children. How do you come do a job drinking? Tripping over toddlers? And then scream at your customer because you didn't get the job done. I paid $75 for noting but Im not asking for a refund back though I should get one. I want everyone to know what a horrible plumbing exoierence this was.. Thank you for reading

Stan indicates getting dirty is part of the job. He carries an extra set of clothes and changes when needed. He also drinks seldom and not during work hours.
He said that if he was as bad as alleged, he would have thrown himself out of the house.
Regarding quality of work, a typical warranty is 30-45 days but he has gone back 2 months later for warranty work. Assuming it was done over 6 months ago – he wonders why Consumer did not call to complain sooner.
BBB's Final Determination: After reviewing the position of all parties, BBB determined that the business made a reasonable offer to resolve the complaint. However the consumer did not accept the offer.
