Complaint: I had a toilet and bathtub baCKUP PROBLEM. I had just finished a wash cycle when the backup ocurred. When I called Campbell's, I asked if there would be a weekend extra charge they said no.he came about an hour later. He looked in the bathroom, I told him I have a septic system. He prodded around and said he would dig and snake. He snaked for about an hour and a half, and finally it broke loose. He was here for a little over 2 hrs. After going back to his truck, to talk to his boss, he told me, the bill was 620.00 i said that's too high, he then said 89'00 for the housecall, then 120, for each half hour after that. I said, you will break down the costs on the bill for me , he said ok. I said I can't pay you only 300 today. so he took my check, and said to mail the rest when I can. after he left, i see he didn't list a breakdown of how he came to that figure. Nor did he explain these half hour additional fees before hand. I feel I got cheated or taken advantage of.

Desired Settlement: I feel the 300 I paid is sufficient. Or a better explanation of how it came to this cost.

Business Response: We unclogged her drain and told her where the problem is - she still owes $320 -- Rates are on invoice - 1 hr servic on a weekend is great service
