Complaint: Holland Paving was supposed to sealcoat my driveway at my residence, which they did, but on several areas of the driveway, the sealcoat didn't stick and there are many very large bare patches (unsealcoated) which they were supposed to have come out and fixed. After at least 6 missed appointments to come fix the problem, I am left with no choice but to submit a complaint to the BBB. Everytime the excuse is different, like one of the crew got sick and we couldn't do it, or we simply didn't get to you on that day because other jobs before you took too long, or we need a string of several days of dry weather before and after, to a couple times just blatantly not showing up.I have been in touch with **** at Holland Paving on numerous occsions, and the best he can do is apologize and reschedule me for some time in the future. I need this work done and fixed properly.I highly advise other potential customers to stay away from Holland Paving, unless they want lousy service and like to get the run-around.

Desired Settlement: Fix the driveway, so it is sealcoateed properly everywhere!

Our company Holland Paving responded to ** ******* request in an unacceptable amount of time, for this we do sincerely apologize, ** ***** should have been assisted sooner, there is no excuse, but we have to address the fact this year was a record breaking year as far as rain which did put our company quite behind, although this is no excuse we have since  addressed ** ******* issues and have Fixed his drive to  his satisfaction.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
