Complaint: THE COMPLAINT IS CONCERNING THE NEW RAILINGS THAT WERE MADE FOR THE FRONT STEPS. AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF THE RAILINGS, WE FOUND THAT THE RAILINGS ARE VERY LOOSE AND POSES A DANGER TO ANYONE THAT MAY USE THE RAILINGS. I HAVE TRIED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED. ONCE I SPOKE WITH A PERSON AT THE COMPANY AND THEY REFERED ME BACK TO THE SALESMAN, **** *********, WHO HAS NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS.
Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE FOR THE RAILING TO BE INSTALLED PROPERLY SO THAT THEY ARE NOT LOOSE AT NO EXTRA COST TO ME. THEY HAVE VEEN PAID IN FULL FOR THE SERVICES THAT WERE PROVIDED IN THE AMOUNT OF 2425.00. IF NOT, I WANT A FULL REFUND FOR THIS ITEM SO THAT I CAN HAVE SOMEONE ELSE COME OUT AND COMPLETE THE JOB PROPERLY.
CLASS 1 PAVERS TOOK CARE OF THE COMPLAINT AT LEAST TWO TIMES........THE JOB WAS SOLD LAST YEAR......I WILL HAVE SOMEONE CORRECT THE PROBLEM..SHE NEVER CALLED THE OFFICE THE LAST 5 MONTHS
I WILL STILL TAKE CARE OF THE REPAIR......THEIR WAS NO CALL INB THE LAST 5 MONTHS......AND THE JOB IS 1YEAR OLD.....THIS SHOULD NOT BE A COMPLAINT......THANK YOU **** ********** PRESIDENT

PS- The company never came out to correct the problem. The sales person never called back. After several attempts I stopped calling. I went out to check the railing after work today and I am pleased to say that they came out today and corrected the problem. Thanks so much for your help in this matter.
