This report is cumulative and reflects the BBB's complaint history for all Alvin's locations in the Cleveland BBB's service area, which included the stores in North Olmsted, Parma, Avon, Richmond Heights, Willowick, Solon, Strongsville, Elyria, Mentor, and Middleburg Heights.

According to information provided by the company, most Alvin's Jewelers locations have closed around the end of January 2010. The company has indicated that the locations in Strongsville, Mentor, and Medina would remain open for another month or two. As of March 3, 2010, it appears that the only locations that remain open are Strongsville and Medina. Consumers who have repair or warranty issues may wish to visit one of these locations.
