Complaint: I contracted with Joel J******, Chandler's Restoration, on April 22, 2015, to repair my concrete balcony. I paid him $1,200.00 on that date. He has never come to my residence to repair the balcony. I called him on May 28, 2015, to find out when he would come and repair the balcony. He did not remember who I was. He said he would contact me the following week. I called him the next day to try and set a date, but he did not accept my call. I left a message. He did not return my call. I called him late that same afternoon and again went into voicemail requesting him to call me. I have not heard from him. I would like him to return my $1,200.00.
Desired Settlement: I want him to return my $1,200.00 deposit.
Consumer sent following update:
Mr. J****** has completed the work I hired him to do and he did an excellent job. He also gave me a discount. Please advise if there is anything more I need to do in order to resolve this complaint. Thank you.
