            Thank you for your help. We paid $2000 to Acclaim to assist us with a future state design of our house so we could view and make changes accordingly for an upcoming plan to remodel our home (kitchen, living room, office, dining room, staircase, hallway, master bedroom and master bedroom). What we received initially was a quick current state. We asked for the future state. Later we received a partial future state addressing just part of the kitchen. I even met with Bob to discuss what we would like. We never received complete drawings to approve and agree upon then start the project. Bob did offer a contract to sign. We did not want to sign a contract without viewing the design we originally paid for. Bob seemed to take a bullying approach. I did not feel comfortable anymore and asked for $1000 dollars (half the money we put down) back to move forward with someone else, since Bob did not provide us with what we originally asked and paid for. Bob refused to refund half the money.

            I met with Bob from Acclaim to discussing our budget for our kitchen remodel on Nov. 19th 2021. He assured me that his company could do the job. I signed the contract and gave him 2000.00 dollars. His final ( his words) cost analysis was given to us Jan 19th 2022. His offer was 15 thousand dollars past our budget. My husband and I spent two hours with him at his office to design kitchen, which we never got the final plans for. We decided to go with another company in January. No Plans, No plans within budget. No refund. And of course blamed in on us. After reading other reviews on the BBB, the behavior was similar. Buyer beware. DO NOT SIGN CONTRACT. This appears to be a pattern of doing business.
