8/2/2016 I ordered a graphics card on July 5th. I haven't received it by August 2nd. I called them 2x, emailed them 2x, all with absolutely NO reply. I finally got a hold of them today on my 3rd call. They told me my part would not show up till August 18th. That's ridiculous. There was no warning that they were backlogged. There was absolutely no communication. No warning. NOTHING. I am absolutely incensed that I paid over $700, and I didn't even get the common courtesy of a goddamn reply when I reached out. I didn't get the goddamn courtesy that a part I paid good money for would not arrive for a MONTH AND A HALF. Thing is, I read that it'd take a week to 21 days. I emailed them about 2 weeks in for an ETA. Nothing. My friend who's assembling my rig for me called them a week later. Nothing. It's been almost week past the 21 days. Nothing until I called them. And even when I did, no suggestions, no apologies, no solutions. The guy on the other end of the phone tried. He was a sweet enough dude, and tried to address my problem as quick as he could... but everything else about this company is awful. I had a week between when my internship finished and a trip I needed to go on to enjoy my new rig. Everything was set up and waiting. I was super looking forward to it. All I needed was my goddamn graphics card. Compsource screwed up my vacation. Thanks Compsource, you're the absolute worst. *edit* What's REALLY screwed up, and I just found this out, is the guy on the phone lied to me. He said the part was back ordered everywhere. I found it on Newegg in-stock. For roughly the same price. If Compsource had given me some warning, I could've still managed to save my vacation and would have a good opinion of Compsource. But no. Instead they had a customer service rep that lied to me. And just lost a customer who will legitimately preach they gospel of **** compsource into perpetuity. DO NOT USE.

4/27/2015 I should have read the fine print. Ordered an Icy Dock 4 bay drive enclosure on 4/12/15 and they wouldn't accept address other than billing address for shipping (don't try sending a gift to anyone from here). Called them twice and was on hold both times for over 45 mins each time. Shipped out 4/14/15 and received 4/18/15. Connected it on 4/21/15. Started smoking on Fri 4/23/15 after CompSource closed 6pm Est. I'm in CA. had to wait until Mon to contact them. Tried 3 times for 30 min during work, no luck and closed again. They told me I had 15 days after purchase date to return product the first time I called. it's now going to be day 16 tomorrow. Return period is to short for a company that doesn't work weekends and can't answer the phones in less than 45 mins. Don't bother using them unless you can walk to their store because customer service is virtually non-existent. So I called the manufacturer who answered in 5 seconds and ten minutes later were sending me a free shipping label. Would have had to pay for return shipping to CompSource. All said, CompSource isn't worth the couple of bucks you save with the customer service headaches they create, should you need them and they're not there.

9/24/2014 My overall experiences was really terrible. In first place they told me that my US credit card was not an US credit card. Then I bought a computer and its wifi connection doesnt work. I have tried to call them and the line is always busy. Finally they will take me 15% restock fee!!!
