First, I would like to say I do not often post reviews, but Conrad's is an amazing company. While traveling home from a volleyball tournament, my check engine and tire indicator lights came on simultaneously; honestly, since it was just me and my thirteen-year-old daughter, I was scared. I pulled into Conrad's, and the workers were closing the building. I ran to the front, and no person was there, but then a man pulled around and asked if he could help; Conrad's turned on the lights, pulled my car in, repaired my tire, and saved us. I can't ever be thankful enough to Conrads for going above and beyond. I know you have families, and opening back up for me and my daughter (was tough), but considering we were about 80 miles from home, this was probably one of the most amazing things I have ever been around or seen any company do. Thank you Conrad's I cannot express enough gratitude. I will let everyone know of your generosity and caring company. Thank you for being a company of excellence. My appreciation goes beyond words. I will write this to inform everyone and mail a letter to your corporate office. Again, I do not think I can ever express my gratitude fully.
