              Poor customer service need better coaching on how to talk to people. I was waved up into a spot only to have the employee start yelling at me about not stopping at the stop sign. I tried to disregard any of her statements but the rudeness continued. Was never greeted or welcome to the business. I opened my door so she can could scan the bar and after scanning it the older lady closed the door hard. The man she was helping in front of was also treated poorly. WE both looked at each like what is this lady's problem. No name tag showing so I refer to her as the older black lady that was in lane 3 at 11:00 a.m. The manger came over to reprint my echeck and I asked Liz is that lady ok? Liz started covering for the behavior of the employee. Liz "It's a safety hazard when people pull past the cone." Never mind the fact that she waved me up and she also was having a bad interaction with customer that was in front of me as well. Got to do better!!!!!
