      Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Takes no pride in any of the used cars that people buy. After paying $25,000 for a used Mitsubishi Outlander, and having issues from after my first oil change, it's looking like they will do NOTHING to rectify my issues. My first oil change took 4 hours. They said that it's because they are not a Mitsubishi dealer. Interestingly enough, they didn't tell me that it would take longer because of that. One would think, that when I put thru my request for service, they would have gotten the filter in BEFORE my service After having service done, I called because my car sounded like it wasn't going to start Still had the service engine soon light go on, and was told it probably just needed to be turned off That was not the case. My car continued to sound like it would start, and that kept going until most recently my Transmission needs serviced light came on. Jump ahead to 2 days, when my car suddenly conked out on me . I was stuck hanging off my driveway, and the car just wouldn't go. Called dealership again, and have talked to 2 people who told me they will NOT help me with the $500 copay, that it's not their fault the transmission is going. Well you know what? It's not MY fault either, and it's not MY fault that no one will call me back . Maybe people think $500 is no big deal, but I simply don't have it. I'm on disability, and get a small check every month. $500 just about kills me. Shame on them for selling me a piece of crap. Shame on them for NOT having any one call me. Talk about poor service. Very attitudes you ask me! So now I need to figure out what I'm going to do, as I cannot use my $25,000 car due to all the issues with it. Hearing the used car director tell me they would do NOTHING to help me, is bullshit. Fact...I've worked for company's before that WOULD have done something like to make sure the customer was taken care of. Never again with this dealer. NEVER!

      Worst decision I ever made was purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. The car has been nothing but a headache since I got it, but that is on the manufacturer--not the dealership. The issue with the dealership is 1. they didn't disclose I was purchasing a car with a BETA infotainment system. 2. The owner refuses to service the car which is under warranty. 3. They only have one certified mechanic on staff. 4. You get pushed out about a month when trying to schedule a service appointment. 5. When you call Service, they pick up the phone, say nothing, and then put you on hold. 6. The waiting room is under-whelming and nothing like its competitors. The dealership is dumpy. 7. The Co-Owner/ Sales Manager is condescending and rude and will hang up on you. 8. He is NOT interested in servicing vehicles they sell, just selling. 9. They offered less than Kelley Blue Book to buy back the 8 month old car they sold. 10. The Sales Manager is not concerned with find a resolution that is fair to all parties.
