    Filing Police statement- dispatch and Officer ******** know Frank by name and already knew the business address before I gave the information; this business has had past problems. They have had numerous incidents and stated that I was not the first one, and there have been worse. The officer stated that Frank is a Jerk. The Owner Frank ******** tried to pocket money from us, demanding cash only and aggressively refused to give a sales receipt for horrible work done on my truck and accosted myself along with my two year old daughter, chasing us out of the building. My husband and I have had MANY insane issues from this center from the beginning, lack of communication, turned away 3 times when coming in person to get an estimate, our truck sat unserviced for 5 DAYS even after we waited for them to get parts. The reviews appear to be glowing. I lost a lot of jobs as we couldn’t get our truck back. He demanded cash only since he claimed he was doing us a “favor” by giving us a discount, for shitty work done. As soon as I simply asked why we couldn’t get a receipt, (obviously he has ill intent and wanting to take advantage of us being very naive) the owner, Frank ********* accosted myself and my as daughter and screamed at us to get out, following up with insults, throwing his chair and things around his office, slamming one of his office doors, it was NOT SAFE to continue this conversation any further! My two year old got scared and ran. As the screaming continued, I grabbed my daughter and my money and ran to the parking lot, next dealing with his “accountant” who was also in on this situation; she acted as a middle man in this abusive situation. We left after no conclusion could be made, should have left asap for many reasons. This was a dangerous, sick situation with a MENTALLY ILL PERSON. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR SERVICE! He treated my husband and I VERY differently from beginning to end, taking advantage of me being alone with my daughter this last time.

    First of all, they did contact the police and filed a complaint the first and only one to ever have been filed with any police agency. The added info regarding history is a complete fabrication. I have repaired several of the police officers vehicles, they refer all their family to us. We have the highest ****** rating in our market. When she went on social media, in an effort to add emotion she lied and named the police department and the specific officer which she stated this particular officer new us and claimed I was a jerk and our business had issues.....I left messages with the officer named, the Chief of police and their Safety Director; the officer returned my call indicated that is completely false and asked why would any officer ever say these kinds of things. The officer then contacted the individual and told her she is lying and she is not allowed to keep that information public so she removed it.......

    This all started because she was unhappy with how an aftermarket part that her insurance selected to use....I explained to her that we would try to adjust it but probably going to have to complain to her insurance and they will more than likely fix the issue....she was unhappy with that response.

    They also wanted a cash discount on their deductilble I reluctantly agreed and then she wanted a receipt....I informed her that if she insisted on a receipt she would have to pay full price.....she got irate and began yelling and screaming, I handed the cash back to her and asked her to leave.....she claims nobody has ever done that to her and I was going to pay!!!

    I pullled the video of the encounter and would gladly share it....so everyone can see how she got out of line......
