According to company literature, each geographical region has its own prime season. For these high demand prime seasons there is an additional per night fee. Due to this the Network asks that the consumer be flexible in their choice of destination and dates for departure and arrival. When submitting a reservation request, there is an initial $99 processing fee. If you request more than one unit, you incur the $99 fee again. The vacations are booked on first come; first serve basis and it could take up to 45 days or more to receive verbal verification for a destination match. In addition it could take 4-6 weeks to receive written confirmation of your vacation. After verbally confirming, no changes to dates or destinations can be made. If written notification of cancellation is received 59 days in advance to the travel date, then your vacation week will be credited back to your account. If you must cancel and are not able to give 59 days written notice, then the credit is only received if the vacation can be rebooked. Regardless of when cancellation notice is received, reservation fees become non-refundable once the reservation is booked.
