Consumer Alert!

BBB has received information indicating this company is operating a timeshare scam.  Consumers report to BBB that One Stop Timeshares promised to sell their timeshares.  Consumers were instructed to wire title search fees and tax fees to individuals named Karen Stone or Leo Tucker, as well as others in Daytona, FL.  However after consumers paid the upfront fees to the company, consumers never recieved the promised payout for their timeshares.  One Stop Timeshares is not returning phone calls or emails, and mail sent to the company has been returned as undeliverable.  The address for the company on Montomery Road and Kemper Road are the locations of UPS Stores.  BBB has verified with each UPS Store that One Stop Timeshares is neither located at this address, nor has a mailbox at these UPS locations.
