I have been going to this Skyline for years located at *****************************. Its close to my house today 11/23 bout 2:00 I went thru the drive thru to order 7 chilli cheese sandwiches along with fries 3 way etc.I asked for my cheese to be on the side in a box ( like I have been getting for years ) instead of getting bags of cheese i wanted the cheese off the steam table. That became a debate at the speaker the lady was so rude telling me they dont do that they never will I continue saying they always have .I worked at Skyline over 10 years ago the cheese in the bag is cold and sit in a refrigerator until use i did not want cold cheese .I wanted warm cheese as if I was dining in the restaurant. This lady at the drive thru made it seem like it was impossible to just take the cheese I would have received on my sandwich to put on the side in a box.So I pulled off from the drive thru and went right to another Skyline where I was treated fair and I got my cheese on the side in the box I was happy to spend my $40 somewhere else.Its unfortunate because we eat Skyline 2 a week but maybe I should start going to ******** after this experience!
