            I purchased a scooter with Amica Medical supply company. This scooter was almost 700.00 dollars! The product came within a timely manner which I was very pleased with. But as soon as I put it together it was faulty. The arm rest did not connect, the battery did not work and it wouldn’t simply TURN ON! I have called, emailed and no one has returned my messages. This is not a 20 dollar product and I refuse to let this company take advantage of senior citizens! I will be forced to take this all the way until I get justice. I want my full refund of 650$. I can’t believe that BBB allows this company to stay in business after all the complaints and reviews I read. I should have researched this company before my purchase none the less I will not stop here!!!

            My 83 year old mother is wheelchair bound she order a new wheelchair from this AMICA company. We have not had a tracking number or cannot get anyone on the phone since ordering. My mother is on a very fixed income and cannot afford to be scammed in this manner. We are still waiting to hear from this company.
