Very poor customer service. I was happy with everything up to the point of installation. During installation there was damage to my black stainless steel refrigerator. Excellence By Nature refused to accept responsibility and would not offer any compensation toward the repair. I would not recommend using them for this reason.

As our install crew explained to the homeowner and her husband multiple times, we did not damage the refrigerator. One or both of the homeowners were present for the entire installation. The clients called several days after the installation to report the damaged refrigerator. We are sorry that you are experiencing this inconvenience but we did not cause the damage to the refrigerator and we do not pay for damage that we did not cause. You cannot simply sling unfounded accusations at a company and expect them to pay for your mistakes. You need to prove that our team caused the damage in order for us to pay for it. You were unable to provide any proof of our team causing the damage because we did not damage the refrigerator.

The purpose of this site is for me to leave my review and I intend to use it as such, not to get into an argument with the company. I have left comments that I would not recommend EBN because of their customer service and failure to accept responsibility for the damages done to my property during installation. I would like to rebuke the statement that I reported the damage several days after the fact by saying the installation was completed on Monday evening and I reported the damage to them on Wednesday, which is not several days. I also failed to mention there was also damage to my newly painted cabinets. The install crew acknowledged this damage, I'm sure because my husband was standing right beside of him and there was no way he could deny it, but there was no compensation offered for this either, however we did receive an apology. I will say that I am very happy with my countertops and ***** was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process. The install crew is who I have a problem with and it is because of them that I would not recommend using EBN.
