            Agreed to purchase in Feb 2021, paid 1/2 deposit . Work began on March 11th 2021 and continued for two weeks Received an invoice prior to all the work being completed. We contacted them to have this resolved before paying. Attempted to contact multiple times with no response. Finally made contact, they sent Jake to review. They agreed with the defects and said it would be fixed in a week. Nothing happened for a month. We attempted to email with no action. Called several times with no action. Steve (owner) came out and agreed to repair, but no action - The Patio was completed by a sub contractor not Creechs - The Patio has many uneven pavers - The Patio was never compacted after the sand was added to the joints per the manufacturers installation guide - Sand is missing from several joints causing grass to grow in between joints - One side of the Patio has a lip at boarder pavers and the main Patio - Patio was never cleaned of dirt and debris leaving a film on all the pavers

            WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY VENDOR IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. NO COMMUNICATIONS WITH COMPANY NOR * JAKE * AT ALL. AFTER WAITING FIVE MONTHS , I HIRED SOMEONE ELSE . THEY MAY HAVE A GREAT WEBSITE BUT THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I COULD CONTINUE BUT YOU GET THE IDEA !!!!!
