            March 7, 2023 I put in an order at Longs Furniture. I totally amount was $5592.59 so I gave them $3000. March 16, 2023 I went back to pay the remaining balance of $2592.59. There was 2 night stands that was going to be in back order but I still paid for everything. March 17, 2023 I got my furniture delivered and I had to pay the delivery drivers $150 for delivering everything. The lady sent me a text message saying my 2 night stands should be in 4/3/23 but wait until she calls before I come. End of March( I can not remember the date) She called and said she under charged me $647.86. She asked if I could come in and pay the rest. I said no that is too expensive right now and I just bought a house so she said when I come pickup the night stands can we do a payment and I agreed. April 7, 2023 She called and said that my night stands are ready and do not forget to put some money down. April 8, 2023 I went to get my nightstands and now I can not take my nightstands until the remaining balance of $647.86 is paid off first. That is not what we agreed to on the phone

            I would give them a 0 if I could because after coming into the store on June 24th, 2021, I feel I was deliberately deceived. I purchased a bed from Long's on April 23, 2021 which was supposed to be delivered on May 30, 2021. I called the store at the end of May and was told it would be in on June 22, 2021. I called them on Tuesday, June 22nd to ask about delivery and left a message. (No one ever answered the phone when I called and I only received return calls when I indicated in the voice message that it was an urgent call.) I received a return call during store hours on, Wednesday, June 23, 2021 and was told the bed would not be in until July. I asked if I could get a refund and was told yes. She canceled the order immediately then told me I would have to come in the store to receive a refund to my card; because two (2) months after the date of purchase they no longer have access to the card information. AND, since it was the 24th one (1) day past the 23rd, I would have to come to the store. My mobile has the incoming call from Long's at 10 AM on June 23, 2021, not the 24th. I went to Long's to get my refund on June 24, 2021. As I was leaving the store, by a different aisle than when I entered, I was shocked to see the bed I ordered was on the floor on display! I stated this is my bed, the exact bed I ordered. It was volunteered by the salesman that the bed had been delivered to the store in May. I stated that was when I was supposed to get my bed and asked if I could have the one on display. I was told I could not take the one they had on display as it would leave a hole in their display. I stated that was the bed that I ordered in April AND that was to be delivered to me in May. That the bed was NOT in the store when I ordered it in April because I looked at every bed on display at that time. Additionally, I was informed they had to order the bed because they did not have one in the warehouse. Lastly, the bed was on sale online and I had to show the salesman the bed with the lower price on the Long's website so I could get the lower price. I actually showed him two beds that were identical but had 2 different manufacturers. The first bed by Kira, he said was discontinued, so I ordered the Caitbrook bed which was $10 less than the discontinued Kira bed.
