On July 30, 2015 US Beef met with BBB to discuss our concerns. We requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. Since the meeting the business has stated that they have updated their website, retrained their sales staff and hired a new customer service representative to address the pattern of complaints. BBB will continue to monitor the situation.

Refund and Exchange Policy
You have (3) Three calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. It must be returned to your closest US Beef Cincinnati location. Your item must be in the original packaging and you must have sent a cancellation letter post marked within the (3) three days of purchase and mailed to US beef Cincinnati LLC.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If you return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. A company check will be issued for all cash purchases.
Shipping and/or Return of Product
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or returning the product to US Beef Cincinnati. Exchanges are scheduled with our customer service. Product is to be brought into US Beef Cincinnati, and an exchange will be issued.
