When considering an overnight delivery service, consider the following: - Rates - Cut-off times - Limitations (on size, weight, contents, etc.) - Packaging - Weekend & holiday services - Insurance & liability coverage. Is it additional, and if it is, how much is it? - Proof of delivery. Is a written or phone confirmation necessary, and if it is, is it an extra charge? - Is tracing available to locate a delayed or missing package?
