              I very unfortunately chose Access Wireless for my free phone service, with Lifeline. I have told them multiple times that I do not receive any signal and the phone is completely useless, even with full signal strength. I have told them multiple times to disconnect my service and close my account. They sent me the same email several times requesting my account information, to which I have replied with everything they asked for. I informed them that I have filed a complaint with Lifeline, and with the FCC. They still refuse to disconnect my service. I want my service disconnected so I can go to another company!

              Absolutely the worst cellular provider I've ever had. The first phone I was sent was defective and it took almost 1 year to get a replacement. The replacement phone was even worse than the first phone. The phones are literally so bad that you can't use them for talk or text and totally forget about trying to use the phones web browser, you can go to the library and look up the information faster. I would not recommend Access Wireless
