I have been a loyal customer at Dubwerx in Cincinnati for years and have invested a significant amounts of dollars here. It's funny you think they would want to make the customer happy, but they are "a business". Went in for an inspection, oil change, and to fix my blown speaker. I told them it was the front passenger side speaker, and come to find out over the phone they listed front speaker. After getting my car back, I noticed right away the speaker wasn't fixed. Got charged for the diagnostic that was inaccurate. Absolutely should have driven back ASAP, but that didn't happen. So I took it back a week later and during their "diagnostic" they finally noticed the passenger side speaker was blown. So they said they could fix the speaker but should have fixed it a long time ago. This diagnostic is a joke. I could make this a 10 page paper with works cited. Anyone could have figured out which speaker was blown. It doesn't take a diagnostic to figure it out. After taking it back to the shop the second time the issue was still not resolved. Left feeling frustrated and confused on the lack of hospitality and lack of attention to detail. Maybe if i was a jerk, I could have gotten my issue fixed sooner without having to pay for their mistake. As a consumer, I expect a higher level of service and accountability from a reputable business like Dubwerx, LLC Foreign Auto Repair (specializes in audis and VW's). It is disheartening to see such negligence in addressing customer concerns, especially after years of patronage. I urge Dubwerx to take immediate corrective action to resolve this matter satisfactorily. Your prompt attention to this issue would greatly restore my confidence in your services and prevent further dissatisfaction. Best, ******* ******
