            Denis is so rude and unprofessional. I get a car from him 1 year ago and my payments are 1250 a month. I went to pay my car note and he had closed early. The next day I call and left a message about my payment. Denis called me back a few hours later while I was at work. I quickly answered and explained I was at work and I would call him on break. When I went on break 30 minutes later my car was gone. I called Dennis to tell him my car was missing and he said yes I know I picked it up. I asked why and Dennis says next time you will answer your phone faster. I had to go get my car and beg him to remove the late fee. I was not mind you.

            This claim is totally out of character in the way we do business.A repossession only takes place when multiple attempts were made to contact the client with no response from them. We also have never added a late payment to anyone, even though we have it posted as our right to do so.
