              In July 2021 our Ford Fusion, purchased at Woody Sander Ford was totaled. As a replacement, we purchased a Ford Escape. At the time, car supplies were extremely limited and Woody Sanders did not have a car we were interested in. 2020 Ford Escape has a recall on it that could result in under-hood fire - which could result in injury. Woody Sanders is refusing to fix the recall unless we have other paid work done on the vehicle. This is a Ford product - Wood Sanders is a FORD dealer. this is totally unacceptable and dangerout.
