I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2021 with GAP insurace which I was assured could be refunded I paid the vehicle off early (which I specifically told the sales agent I intended to). Fast forward to March 2023, I paid off my vehicle and got a call from the dealership (shocker) and they congratulated me on paying off my vehicle early and asked for the correct address to send the refund to, which I provided. They told me to expect the refund check from them in mid April. Fast forward to June 9th, today, and I have yet to receive anything from them. I have called the dealership to try and resolve this over 6, SIX, times to no avail. Each and everytime I call I get transferred to a defferent department, often getting left on Voicemail and never getting a call back. I finally got through to Kevin in Sales who assured me that they were going to have the accounting department call me the very next morning to deal with my concern and check the status. No call. Called back a few days later, asked for Kevin by name. He said oh I am sorry the accounting department is here right now let me transfer you, got a voicemail. Called back immediatley asked for Kevin, they transferred and then I got his voicemail. The next day I called and asked for the sales department (the only one that will answer a call) and got a guy named Eric. Eric said the accounting department was not in and he explicitly promised that either he or the accounting department would call me back the very next morning. I explained to him the situation with Kevin and he aplogized, once again promising to help me. Again no call the next morning. When I called back the next day I was told that Kevin and Eric no longer worked at the dealership.
