    Hello, on October 31st I agreed on a price of a **** ****** ********* with the sales manager(Tyler). The deal was $3,500 down, 15,000 miles a year(as it was a lease) and $336/month. I was told that the vehicle was going to take about a month to come in. I placed a $500 deposit to reserve the vehicle in my name on October 31st. I was told by my salesperson that the vehicle was here and ready for pickup on 11/28/22. I went in to pick up my vehicle and the sales manger that was there(Ray) informed me that because a month has passed the residual value of the car went down thus increasing my monthly payment. I informed the sales manager(Ray) that I was not going to do that deal as it was not the deal agreed upon with another sales manager(Tyler) on October 31st when accepted $500 as a deposit from me. The sales manger(Ray) went back into his office and shouted across the sales floor in front of my significant other, other customers and employees that they now had a “********* available”. The exact quote was “hey guys we now have a ********* available”. I feel as this was incredibly disrespectful, inappropriate and disappointing for a sales manager to act like this in front of customer, employees etc. I am very upset that the agreed upon prices was not honored especially after I had put down a $500 deposit and waited a month for the car to come in(I received a receipt for a refund for the $500 on 11/28/22). I would like for some resolution to take place. It was embarrassing for myself and again incredibly disrespectful, inappropriate, disappointing and rude for a sales manager(Ray) to act like this.     It is a shame I am even having to write this. Having performed cosmetic repair services for Busam Subaru to their damaged vehicles, they arbitrarily decided which invoices to pay or not. Reached out to the Used Car Manager(UCM), Accounts Payable, GM and then the Principal in person, emails, phone and texts. Privately reached out to the dealer principal( *** Busam) out of courtesy and our past interactions that he handled appropriately prior to me filing. Sadly *** seemed not to care. Stonewalled and not surprisingly each passed the blame to the other. Not wanting to pay because of the effort it would take retro their completed deals. Well perhaps address the discrepancies when provided the monthly statement? Or, perhaps pay your vendors when services are rendered? Busam demands payment immediately when servicing a vehicle. I have never had to take a company to court for non payment in 20+yrs. I invoiced Busam as instructed by the **** if I had done anything otherwise would not be prudent. This is not the first time unfortunately and shame on me for giving Busam a 2nd chance. Thinking perhaps a new UCM would rectify the problem. Perhaps a cash flow problem? Busam did have to set up a payment plan the 1st time when the outstanding balance was under 2k. I have no ill will to any individual or the company itself; however, this is purely a business decision. I would never encourage anyone to purchase or do business with Busam Subaru. Should not have to take up to a year to get paid and having to repeatedly document the work.
