              CMC refuses to repair any damages to my apartment for three years. I have significant documentation of this. Walls *** ceilings leaked with water, windows broken open in the winter, black mold growing in the walls, electrical systems that fries everything I had, *** a virtually unusable bathroom. The staff harassed *** abuses tenants regularly, but always within 24 hours of a maintenance request of complaint. I was forbidden to use my property for approximately 6 months while continuing to be charged. Additionally, Jim C**** has approximately $3000 of my prepaid money *** refuses to return it to me.

              Julie from corporate was very rude when it was time to move out. On my date of move out I was on site so they could do my walkthrough. She told me I had absolutely no right to be there for my walk through inspection. I tried talking with her and she just got hateful and irate with me telling no, I cannot be there and I don’t know what I am talking about. I have never been treated like this anywhere I have lived. Julie talks to people like they are beneath her and they are stupid. This type of behavior is uncalled for, with tenants. Then I’m a form of retaliation, they sent the deposit check to me alone in both my roommates and my name using the word “and”, knowing we would not be able to cash it, as we are not a couple. I emailed her associate asking if either my ex-roommate and I could be either sent spectate checks or the check resent in the and/or phrase included so the check could be cashed by one of us, with my former roommate include in the email. Her associate then sent me a message telling me it’s not her problem, and she can’t do anything about it. That we would have to figure it out. Maybe we just should just cash it at ******t and lay the additional fee. This people are hateful, selfish and uncaring. This experience has been the worst experience of my life renting a place. I would not recommend my worst enemy to deal with these hateful spiteful people.
