We pride ourselves on how we treat our customers.  We strive to complete the highest quality alterations possible with a 100% satisfaction rate. If our customers are not happy with our work, we will repair or redo the item until satisfaction is reached. If this is not accomplished, we will reimburse customer for garment according to proof of purchase and refund cost of service thru gift card or check depending of the fault and results of the situation.
