Complaint: On march 30 around 530 pm I arrived at the Bier Haus for a friends birthday celebration. After sitting down for a few minutes I realized I had sat down on a soaking wet seat. I approached the manager to make her aware of the problem she asked where we were sitting and I told her I had moved the chair. Afterwards the waitress came over to discuss the situation. She made minimal apologies and acted as if the situation was comical. Later my friends mentioned how she had spilled something and barely cleaned it up. They did not offer to discount my meal at all. I was completely unsatisfied with this restaurant.
Desired Settlement: 42.75 cash
Business Response: 4/24/13 Restaurant manger stated to BBB that a lady, that was with the same party that day, stated she accidentally spilled a drink on this customer's chair. She apologized to her and stated that this customer was aware of the situation. The restaurant will not send a refund.
