Complaint: Traveled to Ohio with family members seeking a place to dine that we hadn't dined before. Ordered two steak dinners for myself and fiance. The steak was spoiled, well expired or maybe even rotten. It was extremely bad. Couldn't attempt to eat, because the smell alone told you it was bad meat. Took it back to counter and the waitress told the cook the problem. The cook then bent down and smelled ; stating oh yea that's bad. She then offered another in it's place. I said okay. The smell on the second was bad but not as bad as the first. Still knew it wasn't any good. Took it back and told her it was bad too. Told her i didn't want to try a third time. I paid $30 for two steak dinners that could not be ate. I asked her what can we do about this. The cook stated to the waitress to take a DOLLAR off my bill. She said that's all she could do because those two were the only ones there. She said the owner was gone for the day. At the age 45 this is the first time in my life i have ever sent anything back. Thank you.
