Additional Notes

Complaint: I have been trying to pay on my bill for many months without success. When I call, they put me on hold,(during 8:00am and 4:oopm) never to answer. These are the hours I work, outside of that, I have tried to call on a 24/7 pay line that does not exist. I was so angry because I am trying to pay this bill that went to my bank and I ask is another way to pay a bill when I don’t use checks, only a bank card. They suggested a money order, so I sent a money order only to find that it was sent back to my bank. What can I do? ***** ******* ***********

Desired Settlement: I want to pay my Bill

Business Response: Upon review of this patient's account, our records show that his account had already been paid in full. The money order was received and deposited at the beginning of May and the account closed.  Our Office Manager called and spoke with the patient to clear any confusion and to assure him that his account has already been paid and is in good standing.  Oxford Physical Therapy accepts all forms of payment including check, credit/debit card, cash and money order.  Payments can be made by returning the payment stub on our patient statements with their check or credit card information, payment via phone by calling our billing department or any treatment center, as well as credit card payments through our website.

BBB's Final Determination: Business offered a resolution. Consumer did not pursue further with BBB and the matter was assumed to be resolved
