Read Complaint Details
Complaint: I recently hired the company to move my family across the country. After our home was packed, we noticed that my son's **** touch was missing, even though we told the company not to pack it. I was told that it was probably packed by accident and to let them know if we still couldn't find it after unpacking. After unpacking our belongings it was still missing. I informed the company and they said they would ask the packers about it and get back to me. I did indicate that I was worried the item was stolen, which was met with a defensive response and the inferrence that maybe I was trying to get away with something. I was asked to submit the product specifications to them which I promptly did. I still haven't heard anything from the company.
Desired Settlement: I expect the **** to be replaced immediately.
