My wife and purchased a mobile home from French city homes in oct of 2020as a temporary home. We found what we wanted and all went fairly well, at close Brent informed us once the paper work was submitted to the lender the lender would be calling us to confirm all repairs were made . He ask us to go ahead and sign this paper and assured us that all repairs would be done in a timely manner . This part of the purchase was so French city would be paid on full . The back called we did as ask by French city . The repairs have still not been done to this point . They have stayed covid 19 as the issue & staff down with it . Covid 19 for the parts delay etc. We have made several attempt to get the bigger stuff corrected and out of the way before inclement weather . Now her we are in January waiting to have out front entry way door replaced in mid January . They called and scheduled it to be replaced October 26th which they did show up with the new door at that time and it was damaged in route to our house and couldnt be installed . We have emailed and called numerous times to no avail . TO ANY FUTURE HOME BUYER !!!!DO NOT SIGN ANY THING with your lender when the lender calls you to see if any issues that have came up have been resolved . Clear fact they dont get paid until the repairs are done . So it you dont want to be a year out waiting on repairs that could and should have been done with in 6 months of purchase Do not sign let them wait to be paid after things are resolved . Otherwise they move on to the next guy and come back to You when it seems fitting for them. They use covid 19 for every . I am a front line working and get it but come on guys . Lets face it you didnt not hold up your end of the deal. We are in the process of legal actin. At this point . Good luck to future buyers !

We are certainly sorry for the delays that you have experienced with your service, but issues we have with material shortages and the fact that we are dealing with Covid, have caused many delays this year.
