Dr **** finally responded to my request for a refund by non-reputable email only AFTER they said I graduated the program. They sold it as a hand holding wellness program not just a diet/vitamin program 1. I’ve contacted them multiple times for a refund. They have refused. 2. Sometimes I couldn’t get through when I would call 3. On the initial phone call which prompted me to purchase the service they said I would receive multiple one on one time with Dr **** which I never received and later was told that they would not provide that. That they would only provide one group chat on zoom. 4. 4. During the sales phone call, when they explained what was included in the package, they said that I would also have unlimited access to a personal coach as needed, that they would be with me every step of the way. I explained to them that I would need handholding and they said oh yes we do that. When scheduling an appointment with the personal coach after I had already paid the money they informed me that the personal coaching was only 6 m- 20 minute phone calls, One of which was just the initial hello my name is… 5. The reason I purchased the program was because of their promise to “hold my hand“ through the process. There was zero hand holding. 6. They are very difficult to get a hold of. 7. There are no one on one sessions with the doctor. 8. In the end they promised me something very different than what they actually were trying to give me. What they gave me was daily vitamins and an offer of only 6 20 minute phone calls 9. They sold it as a wellness program not just a vitamin/diet program
