Complaint: I was given an estimation of cost based on my two dental insurance providers, which was zero. One year later I was given a bill for 357.63 because they did not file the correct insurance and I am unable to dispute the charges with the insurance company since the time lapsed is more than 6 months.
Desired Settlement: I want a refund. ***** dental was my primary insurance not ******* as they have filed incorrectly.

We take our patient's complaints and concerns very seriously. The Financial Policy implemented in each office is given to our patients, which further underlines the expectations of the patients in regards to account balances, This policy was signed by *** ***** *****, consenting that she read, understood, and agreed to the policy.
As a courtesy to our patients, our team members provide treatment plans for every patient regarding treatment to be done, as well as the fees for those procedures. When insurance is involved, as a courtesy,we provide our patients with an estimate of what their Insurance benefit will cover for each procedure. We strive to get the most accurate information from the insurance company; however it Is merely an estimate.
We do strive to serve each of our patients with the highest quality of health care experience possible and take pride In committing to each patient's oral health. In addition, we strive to have the best possible customer service. We sincerely apologize for ********'s dissatisfaction with our practice, We will not be refunding any funds due to abiding by the contract we have with ********'s insurances and collecting from patients what is notated on the Explanation of Benefits from insurance. Our recommendation would be that ******** discuss this matter with her insurance carriers,
