              I used i3Verticals for my credit card processing a number of years ago. I closed my account with them in 2022. However, i3Verticals uses "*****************" for their reporting and disputes. I have been trying for 18 months to get my account closed with ******** *****. I call ******** *****, they route me to i3 and then the circle goes around and around again. I have spent hours on hold trying to get this resolved. My information should no longer be available to ******** *****. Since i3 Verticals is the company that set this up in the first place it is their responsibility to get this resolved.

              Absolute scam artists. 0 customer service and 0 processing ability. Charged me 200 a month for 2 years, while I had no ability to use their service due to them not replacing my terminal or answering my calls. I would not recommend doing business with this company at all cost.

              Hi ****** – We are sorry to hear about your negative experience. We have followed up on your complaint and learned that you have an Atrium account. Atrium no longer boards accounts with i3 Verticals. However, we did deactivate your account in the i3 Verticals system and are refunding you the monthly charges from 2022-2023. You should receive an ACH deposit or check in the mail. We apologize for the inconvenience.
