3/31/2016 I used Swaplease last year. Transaction went fairly smooth. Most of the issues were with the finance company but everything worked out fine.

5/24/2015 Shortly after posting my car on SwapALease.com, I received numerous offers but one that was especially inviting which I opted for, which later ended in a very scandalous theft of my car. After four months of numerous reports, investigations and losses – both in time and money, my car was recovered. Once I finally spoke to the head honchos at Swap A Lease, ***** **** and ******* ******, they were appalled and apologized profusely for my misfortune and gave me a full refund to help ease the blow of such misfortune. Mr. **** and Mr. ****** were extremely kind and polite, they kept their promises and to such a degree that I still wanted to continue working with them. In the end, they offered to continue to place my vehicle on their site for sale in order to restore the relationship with the company. I thought they were incredible for this and I would highly recommend them based on their merit and integrity.

7/8/2013 I really enjoyed working with my associate Mr. ******. He took the time to explain everything to me and my husband so that we fully understood what we were getting into. Even though my car was not sold I really enjoyed how great his customer service was. We mostly communicated through email with was best for me because I work 5 days a week. He always responded within about an hour after I send the email out. He was always polite and professional. I remember when he first contacted me I did what every consumer would do and checked the company out before I made the decision. I looked at the BBB and seen all the negative about this company so I sent Mr. ****** an email explain my concerns he was upfront in explaining that they several thousands of cars a day and they only had 34 complaints. I was so glad he took the time for me so I figured I'd do the same. This company is really great.
