              In 2019 I bought a certified used ******* from **** ***** Kia in Cincinnati. I was told with it being certified, I retain the 10 year/10,000 miles powertrain warranty. I even purchased the bumper to bumper 10 year/10,000 warranty made available to me. A couple weeks ago, we noticed an oil spot in our driveway. I checked the oil and it was still reading within the operating levels. I took it to Jake Sweeney Kia, where I always have the service done, and they said the oil pan was leaking. They replaced it and charged me over $600. I asked why it wasn’t covered under my warranty and they said the warranty doesn’t cover that. I called **** ***** Kia, where I purchased it, and they confirmed it should have been covered. I called Jake Sweeney back and they still maintained it wasn’t covered.

              They sold me a vehicle with a false carfax report. I had it less than 5 hours and didn't even drive it 40 miles before a transmission fault came up. I took the vehicle for an obd scan and the scan showed a damaged or recalled torque converter. I took the vehicle back to the dealership and they did an estimate for transmission repairs at $4,000. Then they tried to sell me a new car. The vehicle is a lemon.
