I Had to get my truck repair and they told me it wouldn't be over 1200$ total to put fuel pump in a starter and additional the breakline and evac front to rear in both That additional cost wouldn't be more than **** for the total cost tax included and i went by there numerous times to see if we have the part and will there be more cost and he said no and wouldn't be over **** and im on a fix income, I inform the service manager I couldn't go over **** way before we took the project and didn't tell me or inform me it will be overcharge til the end. I inform them upfront i was on a fix income and they did repairs on there own without my permission and i came over numerous time if they had receive parts but he kept blowing me off til the end and basically scam me. It's very unprofessional at there part. I have all the information and statements and file complaint with the consumer protection agency. My check engine light came on after i had paid the 2600$ after i had the truck over a week and i get a code po442 which is a evac leak And they said they fix the truck so i took it back and they refuse to service the vehicle unless i drop the complaint and it's still under warranty.

We were, and have been, upfront and above board during this. Customer is a previous employee here, and was involved during the entire repair process, and knew during the two plus week process that the cost involved to do this custom work was going up. Nothing was done without customers knowledge, as customer was here nearly every day to check on the truck. The **** was also discounted heavily in order to help out this previous employee. This all was also sent to the ************* consumer protection agency, and, yes, we will not work on the vehicle in question while there is an active complaint filed.
