I contracted to have Townscapes replace my driveway as neighbors on each side of me used them. Initially the driveway looked great other than it was two colors (they blamed it on the cement companies). Eventually, after the two year warranty expired, the driveway started to get pit holes, probably 100 or more, at this point. I called the company and told them the driveway was disintegrating at a fast clip. I wanted to know what could be done with the pits. They sent out a guy named Eric on August 14, or so. He acted like he was analyzing the situation and then told me how experienced he was, told me the warranty expired, told me it was the cement company that caused the two toned appearance and the pits were caused by freezing temperatures. In other words, he didn't tell me anything I didn't know. I just wanted to know what could be done. He never gave me an answer, never called back and is unreachable. So, they don't return calls and won't give any advice. Seemingly an arrogant bunch at the "management" level. Be very careful if you use them and get a long term warranty.
