            ******* V I thought I needed a new Hanging Sash window in my living room. The original contractor wasn't available. I called ********************* at Ameri-Craft Exteriors and he was kind enough to make a house-call for me. After his inspection, he was able to temporarily fix the window, and explain in great detail exactly what parts needed to be replaced. He suggested getting in touch with the original contractor. He didn't want me to spend money on a brand new window that could be fixed. His honesty and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I would definitely hire this contractor if the need arose in the future.
