Complaint: I purchased the 1-Acre Corded Mosquito Insect Trap on 7 April from ************** The unit failed within the 1 year parts and labor warranty. I contacted Koolatron and they said they would replace the circuit board in the unit and would send me it with 7 to 10 business days. After not receiving, I contacted Koolatron and they said the part is on back order with no estimate on when they will get the part. I also contacted **** ***** about returning it and I still am waiting on them to return my call.

Desired Settlement: Since the part is on back order and there is no estimate on when the part will come in, I am requesting a full refund of $349.99.

Business Response: Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/24) */ The replacement part had been on backorder but it was shipped out to the customer via ***** on June 15th and successfully delivered to the customer on June 17th. Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (2000, 7, 2015/06/24) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) I received the part.
