            My wife developed terminal liver disease from 48 yrs with MS. She was given 12-18 months to live. I needed to get her a stair lift that would be bought back. The Ramp Now salesman said it does. The firm's web site states"All of our chair lifts are purchased back directly from our customers. My wife died suddenly. When I called Rap Now, the owner, Carlos< told me the firm does not buy back the series 1100 Handicare but does buy an older cheaper model. The 1100 is ranked one of the top five chairs in a recent survey. I was never told and there is no reference in any Ramp Now literature or the proposal stating it will not buy the 1100. I asked him why would I buy a chair it would not buy back as I knew my wife's condition. He treated me like a child saying I was upset because my wife died a few weeks ago. He finally offered me $500 for a chair I paid $3,500 for 45 days earlier.(14%) This in My mind is clearly deceptive advertising and Rap Now preys on seniors in stressful situations.

            I would give ten stars if I could. ****** and his team are phenomenal. They would not stop until I was totally comfortable with the ramp. And when I had an additional concern; they came back. I wish they did elevators too.
